You’ll be supporting the company director with day-to-day admin tasks, customer enquiries, scheduling jobs, and helping the team stay organised. Key Responsibilities Manage diaries, bookings, and appointments Handle phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally Organise quotes, invoices, and job sheets Keep records and documents up to date Support with social media posts and marketing tasks (if confident) Liaise with customers and suppliers Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For Previous admin or PA experience (ideally in a trade or small business) Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools Friendly, approachable, and great with people Able to manage your own workload and use initiative Why Work With Us?
